I am an entrepreneurial ideas person with passion for building tangible In-house Recruitment. Extremely hard-working and target driven with complete focus on achieving personally set goals.

I co-founded my first company at 21 which, in 5 years grew to £40m in sales turnover and employed over 150 staff globally.

Since then I have continued to build and grow businesses particularly within the In-house Recruitment, media and marketing space.

My skills include: community building, proposition development, event strategy, leadership, training, motivation, speaking, business development and problem solving.
