Kimberly Maucher-Lynch is an author, mentor, coach and talent acquisition expert who is passionate about the Future World of Work. Over the last 20 years, Kimberly has driven recruitment, talent, executive succession, candidate attraction and HR transformation across the Technology (Workday and SAP) and Life Sciences (Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson) sectors. In roles of increasing responsibility, she has made a career of spearheading transformative people-oriented strategies across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In her current role, she is charged with driving Talent Acquisition inside the EMEA market at Workday.

Kimberly is driven by the conviction that work is much more than a means to a pay check: it is about securing resources for an independent life, maintaining self-sufficiency and building skills for lasting learning and growth. In connection with this, Kim is a coach and mentor to social start-ups and entrepreneurs. Her work with the Startery, Social Impact Start and a variety of national and international initiatives supported by Germany’s Federal Ministry of Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) focus on the junction of social change, talent advancement and technology.

Kimberly is an in-demand conference keynote speaker both live and in virtual reality. Recent engagements included this year’s Digitaltag2020, where she spoke on the future of recruitment from a virtual reality, interactive live stream. Her German and English-language talks focus on leadership, next generation HR and strategic talent acquisition.

Kim is a published author on Transformational Leadership & Best in Class Recruitment. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Colgate University (N.Y., USA) and an MBA from the Universität Mannheim, Germany.
