Kianna is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager for UK & Ireland at Mediabrands. With extensive experience within the recruitment sector and progressing to be Mediabrands’ first Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner Kianna has now transitioned into the UK’s first DE&I lead. She is currently a MEFA member (Media For All) and leads the OPEN Heritage network (Employee Resource Group) at Mediabrands which aims to create and promote a diverse and inclusive workforce for Black, Asian and minority ethnic talent. She now also oversees their 6 ERG’s ensuring there is consistency and collaboration with them all. Kianna has a genuine passion for DE&I and successfully used her role within talent acquisition to attract and retain diverse talent. Within her DE&I role she now wants to make meaningful changes to the industry whereby under-represented talent can thrive.
