Jared Massey is a northerner through and through with his straight talking and honest assessment of recruitment. He has been a senior Leader in Talent Acquisition for over 15 years in both Inhouse and RPO, heading up both large and small inhouse recruitment teams in delivery across EMEA and various different sectors. One of his teams – The recruitment Team at 2 Sisters Food Group won the IHR award for best recruitment team (1000+ staff)
