A champion of under-represented groups throughout my career, my work in the diversity & inclusion space since 2015 has been the most rewarding (and multi-awarded!).

As a two-time founder with a background in Digital, Comms and D&I, I first founded women’s careers platform, Hopscotch, in 2015 in the Middle East. Experiencing frustration with the lack of impact of its in-person business model, I subsequently set up Diversely in 2020 with my co-founder.

Diversely is an award-winning subscription platform that allows access to unique AI-driven bias-free hiring tools to help businesses seamlessly reach and attract diverse talent to their teams.

Diversely successfully raised capital from
13 international investors in 2020 with further rounds planned to achieve global scale. Our goal is to become the gold standard for diverse sourcing and we are already working and partnering with businesses across the world.
