Helen Dovery is the Chief Assessment Officer at Cappfinity and is accountable for providing a holistic view of product across the business, connecting our several go-to market propositions with the overall product vision and strategy. Led on the execution of Capp’s product and data vision, developing a team of cross-sectional product teams and championing a culture of best product management and innovation. Engaged with all functions and levels across the Capp business to oversee and drive product discovery and delivery, in service of Capp’s ambition of matching the world to the perfect job.
