Currently Head of Resourcing at EMIS Group PLC . 

I have 10+ years’ experience across multiple sectors. Recently focusing on health tech, I work with senior leaders to influence and ensure Talent remains on the agenda. I am continuously looking for innovative sourcing, attraction, selection and assessment methods given the highly competitive nature of the market. 

I also have a strong passion for Talent Management and Development implementing apprentice/future talent programmes to support business growth.
