A credible Talent Professional with extensive in-house experience spanning over 30 years. My passion is to keep Diversity and Inclusion on everyone’s agenda. I have successfully fulfilled a variety of interim roles including Head of Resourcing for RS Components & Head of Talent G4S. These opportunities have enhanced my skill set and broadened my outlook on the wider talent acquisition market.

In addition, my strength is the ability to deliver innovative resourcing models and solutions to HR and In-house teams to attract talent (graduates to executive hires.)

As part of our commitment to Diversity, I host and promote quarterly “Women in Leadership” events in London and the South East for recruitment leaders to share best practice and promote diversity.

As Director of eSift & HorrexCole I am proud of our values and ability to deliver agile services to TA teams across the UK, USA & EMEA and ensure clients gain a return on investment.
