Erika is the Head of Marketing and PR at Remote Worker. Ever since moving to the UK from Sweden in 2020, she’s been heading up the marketing team at one of the largest job boards for remote workers in the UK. During the last year she has spent her time interviewing and collaborating with CEOs, companies and remote experts all over the UK and internationally to see the impact of the pandemic and the rise in popularity of remote work. She has been able to identify patterns and trends in the sector and gain some fantastic insights and expertise into how both large and small companies have been affected, having to adapt both their working environments and their recruitment processes to cope with the rising demand for remote work.
