I’m a seasoned recruiter, sourcer, planner and strategist. I’m an expert in trying to find solutions and innovative ideas to try and recruit for the hardest to fill vacancies.

As an Executive Search – Talent Acquisition Manager I have created University Link ups, Redeployment Campaigns with external businesses, Social Media campaigns and set up various initiatives with Professional Organisations and Governing Bodies directly to try and raise our profile so we can attract the best talent.

I’ve been a jack of all trades – a recruiter, a researcher, a marketer and a strategist. As a result, I have the ability to manage multiple projects and to navigate complex challenges. But actual experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following:

–I am very competitive I want the business I work for to be the best and the team that I work in to be the best.

–I have a lot of Ideas and love to be creative and innovative.

–Lots of people have ideas but not everyone is brave enough to pitch them to other people and I pride myself on championing my ideas even if others don’t immediately get behind them.
