I am a successful female working in the talent acquisition / inhouse recruitment sector currently within retail. I am passionate and driven and come with an extensive background within Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Management & Leadership and Sales & Sales Management.

I have over 15 years’ experience within these fields and the key objective and focus for me is to accelerate my organization’s growth by providing invoking business change and providing solutions that have a major impact on the business.

From enhancing the customer experience and their return on investment to providing the top talent to our business through effective recruitment models and strategies which in turn excels our staff retention, to delivering top-class employee development and career progression pathways and programs.
