Bio

Beth Wilson is the Director of Product and Operations at Cappfinity and leads the product function in the development and delivery of our technology portfolio. Using market insights, user feedback and input from expertise to identify the direction to develop our products to meet user needs and be market leading. As features (or new products) are available for release she works in partnership with a cross-functional team in the development of supporting collateral to support the marketing, sales and implementation of products within client solutions.

In addition to her core responsibilities within the Product function, she leads Cappfinity’s fair and inclusive assessment strategy, partnering with experts in psychometrics, technology and creative design in updates to our core technology and implementation of products within client solutions, so that they provide a fairer experience for a wide range of end users (such as candidates, recruiters and delegates).
