Web-based recruitment system saves time and money
Recently I had the opportunity to beta test a free recruitment system prior to its official launch in the UK last week. Qandidate.com is a free web based recruitment system developed with a very simple and intuitive interface. If you’re researching into recruitment or applicant tracking systems (ATS), or you’re still managing most of your recruitment process via excel spread sheets and outlook then it’s definitely worth having a look at the system.
Over the past 6 months, several in-house recruiters from companies such as Epsilon (marketing solutions provider) and Rhead Group (international professional services consultancy) have both used the system in conjunction with OnlyMarketingJobs.com and report that the candidate friendly application method – which also includes LinkedIn Apply – has had hugely beneficial results by minimizing candidates dropping out of the application process, therefore helping to maximise their online recruitment advertising spend.
Personally the features I especially liked were the helpful recruiter dashboard view, the way you could easily rate candidates, and the general simplicity of use both as a recruiter, and as a candidate applying for a job.
To find out more about Qandidate.com you can visit their website and read their recent press release by clicking here. The upcoming features such as the integrated webshop look very interesting. It’s free with no limits on users or jobs you can upload, so definitely worth a spin if you’re looking for cost effective ways to automate and streamline your recruitment process.
