Recent research shows that 77% of the student population believe the pandemic has widened inequalities for young people entering the graduate employment marketplace. As we emerge from the pandemic, there has never been a more important time to drive change in early careers: it’s an opportunity to build back better, rethink how we forge equitable and impactful recruitment journeys and address the social mobility and inclusivity barriers that exist in the UK.
