‘Making The Most Out Of Your Job Advertising And Recruitment Data’ was the first In-house Recruitment Network breakfast of 2016, and wasn’t it great to be back?
The first event of the year started our in-house breakfasts with a bang, and how we’ve missed them! Just over 30 in-house recruitment professionals joined us for a morning dedicated to the ever-interesting subject of job advertising and how you can use your recruitment data to get the most out of your channels (as well as some lovely bacon sarnies and plenty of coffee). As ever, the event was an opportunity for in-house recruiters from varying industries, to discuss their challenges in this area, as well as offer up and mind-map success stories and solutions when it comes to the headache of job advertising.
Our special guest speaker, Richard Hutchinson, Head of Sourcing at Capita Resourcing, kicked off the morning’s discussions with an incredibly captivating presentation on how to optimise your digital strategy. Capita as a business, holds a wealth of knowledge across the entire recruitment spectrum and are true experts in the field. Richard himself specialises in recruitment performance and the analytics in the background, so there really was no better person to deliver his plethora of information and advice to our audience of in-house recruiters.
During the interactive roundtables, we discussed the following questions:
- What does success look like in terms of job advertising?
- What sourcing channels do you use and what works best for you?
- How do you maximise the results of your job advertising currently?
- What data do you gather and what do you do with it?
- How to you buy your media?
- What media buying tips do you have to offer?
We would like to say a huge thank you to Broadbean Technology for partnering with us in this event and for their unrivaled expertise in the field of job advertising and data analytics:
