‘Inspiring Change Within Education Recruitment’ was an intimate speaker and round-table networking breakfast event for 30 management-level professionals responsible for recruitment within the education sector. A unique event for the In-house Recruitment Network, this event was largely attended by senior teachers, so it truly provided an accurate insight into the challenges faced by recruiters in the education sector, whose primary roles aren’t exclusively based around the acquisition of staff.

Throughout the course of the morning we heard from two specialist guest speakers who shared their insights to help inspire change within in-house recruitment delivery in education.

What was discussed?

  • An overview of the education in-house recruitment market
  • Sustainable approach to reduce the reliance on agencies & paying higher fees
  • Market trends, skills and salaries
  • Highly effective talent pooling
  • How to build your employer brand and talent attraction strategy
  • Peer-peer learning
