In the past 12 months, we have held an impressive 17 events targeted at 3,156 of our Recruitment Leaders. Within those sessions, we learned what they were looking for. To better their knowledge, defeat their challenges, and to better understand what to invest in the future. Take a look at some of the fascinating insights that will give you a better understanding of what our Recruitment Leaders are looking for.

So let’s dive in. The first question we asked was their organisation’s key metrics to measure their success. 24% said they measure the time from application to hire as a key performance, whereas the second-highest recorded response was the candidates experience itself. Which makes sense as according to ‘Career Builder’, nearly 4 in 5 candidates (78%) said the overall experience they receive is an indicator of how a company values its people.

We want to make sure we put the right content to the right audience, which is why we like to keep on top of their main topics of focus and interests. This time was no different. We asked our community what topics they’d like to hear more about, and they responded with 58% wanting to hear more about onboarding and 14% wanting to engage more in executive search.
