‘In-house Recruitment in Switzerland – Looking Ahead to 2016’, held in Zurich, Switzerland, was another fabulous in-house recruitment breakfast.
This exclusive breakfast meeting saw 30 industry professionals amalgamated in Zurich, to hear from two special guest speakers, who took time out of their incredibly busy schedules to discuss the recruitment industry in Switzerland. The morning uncovered challenges, solutions, and best practice thanks to the intimate round-table discussions and the fantastic participation of each and every guest.

Our special guest speaker, Marcel Hofstetter, HR Recruiting Manager at Swisscom, delivered an engaging presentation all about the candidate experience. Marcel started out his career in sales & marketing before moving into the recruitment arena. Previously working for Microsoft before undertaking his role with Swisscom, Marcel definitely knows a thing or two about top-notch candidate experience!

Our second special guest speaker, William Laitinen, is Managing Director of Exige International, who were also the event partner for this breakfast meeting.
