Launched in 2011, Jobsgopublic’s SmartSearch is a cost-effective, contemporary resourcing service designed to help public and not for profit sector clients recruit high-calibre candidates for senior, executive and specialist roles.
SmartSearch is designed to be used when advertising alone may not attract the ideal candidate and provides an effective alternative to traditional and costly executive search consultancies.
SmartSearch combines search, advertising and marketing in one complete package that will save you both time and expense, utilising a number of platforms to ensure you not only reach the modern job seeker, but the most relevant candidates.
Many of our clients will first use us when they have failed to recruit to a given role but then continue to use us for further roles because of SmartSearch’s effectiveness, customer focus and how it provides value for money.
*Please note, this event is strictly for In-house Recruiters and HR Professionals only
*We are sorry but recruitment agencies or job boards (other than partners) are not able to attend this event.

Great event, many thanks for hosting, Guest speakers very informative and though provoking. Lively discussions around the tables with good ideas shared .
Well done on hosting such a good event. I thought the combination of Caroline's insight presentation supported by Jon's SmartSearch findings was spot on. The round table discussions were a great format to share working examples and thinking to further spark new ideas.
