Gender pay reporting is coming, and sooner than you might think. Employers with 250 or more UK employees will be subject to the new reporting duty from 2017 but the first reports will need to cover bonus data for the twelve months starting on 30 April 2016.

Detailed draft regulations have been published requiring five different measures to be calculated and published. HR professionals and in-house employment lawyers therefore need to understand this new duty now and take action to ensure that their businesses have the systems in place to gather the required data and comply with the reporting requirements.

This breakfast seminar will discuss ‎this important new obligation and what it means for your business.
