We were thrilled with this morning’s breakfast event which we hosted in partnership with Invenias. All those in attendance were treated to 3 specialist guest speakers who provided invaluable insights into building an effective in-house executive search team.

What a wonderful morning of expert opinion, informative discussion and enjoyable networking! We couldn’t have asked anymore of our speakers who showed outstanding knowledge and expertise on the subject of in-house executive search teams, providing some incredibly useful tips and advice to the management-level in-house executive search professionals. There was also unanimous praise for the the two intimate roundtable discussions, which brought up interesting topics such as the main issues faced at this present time, what strategies are currently in place and how these strategies can be improved upon.

Aaron Webster, Director of Senior Talent

Aaron spent 10 years working in Executive Search within full service HR consultancies before moving to Capita. He operated in a number of roles before creating the senior talent function in July 2015 that works across the entire group. After 2 years his team now covers succession management, internal mobility, talent insight, talent pipelining and executive recruitment and assessment.

Andy has over 15 years experience in helping organisations build in-house executive search teams. With a keen interest in aiding companies deliver a great direct hiring experience for the business and candidates alike, he’s built innovative teams that use a wide variety of sourcing tools to engage with strategic talent.


David Grundy, CEO & Co-founder

David is ideally placed to comment on the importance of having the right technology to run an internal executive search function, having had 12 years of experience of delivering software that helps search professionals identify and recruit executive talent.  He also has direct experience of working in executive search, as co-founder of Erevena, a London based executive search firm focused on the technology sector.
