Nick loves pushing the boundaries and looking outside of our space into consumer marketing for ideas and concepts on what we should be doing.
Having won a number of awards in the recent years Nick understands the blood, sweat and beers it takes to win awards and will be keeping this in mind whilst judging them.

He is now Talent Acquisition Business Partner at OMD UK in London.
Jamie has direct experience of changing a heavily recruitment agency reliant business to one that embraced an in-house model. Jamie is hugely passionate about direct resourcing, creative candidate attraction, recruitment technology and wider employer branding.
Having been shortlisted in the IHRA previously Jamie knows what it takes to bring together an outstanding application and is looking forward to seeing the work that other In-House teams are achieving in 2017.
