There were some very impressive entries to this category and two in particular that stood out. An element of traditional “get stuck in” recruitment against a “turnaround” were all that were between choosing the winner.  However, the adaption to international needs (Canada), following right through to on-boarding and also the impact on social media just pipped it. Highly Commended, & well deserved, in this instance goes to Matthew Edge-Wilkins from Platinum Property Partners.
