Anti-Racism – How We’re Creating a Culture of Change

Implementing and innovating a diversity and inclusion strategy has never been so important. The wide range of business and people benefits are widely reported and known, but businesses need to move from reactive to proactive and start making real change; let’s cut through statements of intent and make a difference. However slow and steady it may be. Let’s foster a purposeful workplace culture, and shift the dial from diversity to equality.

At our Diversity & Inclusion Virtual Conference we were joined by Katie Pether, an independent mental health first aid instructor and digital roadmap lead. She is a passionate leader and facilitator who truly cares about people and making a positive difference in the workplace. She is currently leading the digital roadmap and resource allocation team for the Department for Education Digital community.

  • How do you talk about race and discrimination openly at work and within recruitment?
