That’s it, The Manchester Conversation has been and gone, and it utterly lived up to expectations for 2016. Chairing this year’s conference was the wonderful Natasha Preocanin, Event Director at the In-house Recruitment Network and what a fabulous job she did. This was Natasha’s first event behind the mic as compère and I’m sure we can all agree that she was a complete natural and managed the structure of the day impeccably. For those of you who were querying as to whether the change of chair was to prepare for Mark Lennox’s early retirement, we can confirm that fortunately (unfortunately) this is not true. Great job Natasha!
Manchester has become a flagship event for us at the In-house Recruitment Network and this year did not disappoint. The stunning venue, the ambiance, the first-class speakers and the fantastic attendees made this year’s event the success it was and the feedback we have received has been a testament to the hard work that goes on behind the scenes. As always, The Manchester Conversation was a unique opportunity for in-house recruitment professionals to catch up with eachother for a day crammed full of award-winning case studies, intimate round-table discussions and invaluable networking time.
Our special guest speakers shared their expertise on the following topics:
